What is a convertible crib?
A convertible crib grows along with your baby! All dadada Baby convertible cribs transform into toddler beds, so your family can keep using them for years to come. A conversion kit

may be needed - be sure to check the item description to find out if your crib includes the conversion kit, or if one must be purchased separately.
Do dadada cribs come with mattresses?
All of our cribs can be used with the standard crib mattress that works best for your family. Mattresses are not included with crib purchases.
Does the toddler rail match the crib?
The toddler rail and crib are made of the same material, solid beechwood. However, it is natural for wood to slightly change color over a long period of time when being exposed to natural elements (air, light, etc.) It is also common for solid natural wood to have different grain, appearance, etc..
What size mattress fits dadada cribs and toddler beds?
dadada Baby cribs and toddler beds fit a standard crib mattress size of 52.0″ x 27.75″

For your baby’s safety, please make sure that there are no more than two fingers width (or one inch) of space between the edge of the mattress and the crib side.
Are dadada products compliant with the PFAS regulation?
dadada Baby uses non-toxic finishes on all of their nursery furniture that do not contain added PFAS or PFOA. All products are tested and comply with the required industry standards for both furniture and relevant juvenile products for each of the countries and respective states we sell products in. Please contact our customer care team if you require additional information or have further questions.
What is the maximum weight limit for the crib?
Our cribs are certified to hold up to 50 lbs. and fully comply with the U.S. mandatory safety standards for full size cribs.
Do you use safe finishes?
Yes! Around here, your baby’s safety is the MOST important value. Our products and finishes meet all applicable mandatory safety standards, , and are lead-free, formaldehyde-free, and phthalate-free so you never have to worry about the environment in your nursery.

Our cribs GREENGUARD Gold Certified, which means our cribs meet some of the most stringent limits on VOC and chemical emissions in the world.

Our dressers and toddler products are lead and phthalate-free, use only baby-safe finishes. All our products that use engineered wood (such as MDF) meet EPA requirements for formaldehyde emissions.

Do you use MDF that meets EPA restrictions on formaldehyde emissions?
Yes. We test to the ASTMD 6007-14 standard, which shows our dressers have less than 0.1% parts per million of formaldehyde, meeting EPA requirements.
Does dadada furniture come with a warranty?
Yes! Our standard limited warranty for cribs is 2 years from the date of purchase through an authorized dadada retailer. For all other furniture items, the standard limited warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase through an authorized dadada retailer.

How do I clean my furniture?
When necessary, just use a slightly damp, soft, clean cloth to wipe down your furniture. No detergents or cleaning agents please - our natural woods and baby-safe finishes are best without them! The sooner you dry any water spills or splashes, the less likely they’ll be to leave a mark.

Do you drop ship to my country?
Currently, we only drop ship within the U.S. to the contiguous 48 States. We do not drop ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Our products are available for purchase through local retailers in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Central America, at this time. Visit our store locator to find a store near you.

What is your return policy?
Purchases made through our retailers must be returned through the retailer where your item was purchased. For purchase made on our website, you can read our return policy here.
