1. Eligibility

The dadada Baby Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of dadada Baby, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Participants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Participants also agree to accept the decisions of dadada Baby as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on March 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ending on March 31 at 11:59 PM EST. All online entries must be received by March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit an entry via the form provided on the homepage popup. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at dadada Baby’s sole discretion.

• One entry per person.

• Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices will result in disqualification.

• Use of fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may lead to disqualification.

5. Prizes

Total approximate retail value: $500. Prize includes:

• $500 dadada Baby Gift Card

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except at the sole discretion of dadada Baby. Any federal, state, or local taxes related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility. By accepting a prize, winners grant dadada Baby permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified via email and Instagram Live on https://www.instagram.com/dadadababyusa/. Winners will be notified within five (5) days following the winner selection. If a winner:

• Cannot be contacted

• Is found ineligible

• Fails to claim the prize within three (3) days

• Fails to complete required paperwork

The prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. dadada Baby is not responsible for winners failing to receive notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information.

8. Rights Granted by Participants

By entering, participants grant dadada Baby and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use their entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and statements in any media for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Terms

dadada Baby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control. The company may disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions.

dadada Baby may also void entries for reasons including but not limited to:

• Multiple entries from the same user using different IP addresses

• Multiple entries from the same device exceeding allowed limits

• Automated entries using bots, macros, or scripts

Attempts to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Sweepstakes' legitimacy may result in legal action.

By entering, participants agree to receive periodic email newsletters from dadada Baby and sponsoring brands. Participants can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless dadada Baby, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and all associated individuals from any injury, loss, claim, or damage resulting from:
