Eligibility
The Toddler Tower Giveaway (the "Contest") is open only to individuals who complete the entry form during the Contest Period and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of dadada Baby, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You further agree to accept the decisions of dadada Baby as final and binding as they relate to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Contest Period
Entries will be accepted online beginning August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ending August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All times are Pacific Time.
How to Enter
The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry through the online form provided on this page during the Contest Period. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete, submitted outside of the Contest Period, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of dadada Baby.
You may enter only once and must provide all information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of dadada Baby.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) dadada Baby Toddler Tower, as shown on the giveaway entry page. The approximate retail value of the prize is based on the current retail price of the Toddler Tower at the time of the giveaway.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for dadada Baby to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be announced on September 1, 2026 and will be contacted via the email address provided with their entry.
dadada Baby shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email, security settings, or incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information provided by the entrant.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return any required completed and executed declarations or releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by a winner, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may result in disqualification and termination of all privileges as winner.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this Contest, you understand that dadada Baby, anyone acting on behalf of dadada Baby, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns may, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, or consent, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, including the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Terms
dadada Baby reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
In such a case, dadada Baby may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken, as appropriate. dadada Baby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest or website, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
dadada Baby reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest and void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same individual, the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering, or any attempt to circumvent the entry requirements.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless dadada Baby and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
This includes, without limitation, technical failures of any kind; the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; the unavailability or inaccessibility of Internet services; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries.

Use of Materials
By entering this Contest, you grant permission and consent to Segal Group and Segal Baby USA (DBA dadada Baby), its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, retailers, networking groups, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives (collectively, “dadada Baby”) the irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free worldwide right to use, publish, display, broadcast, edit, modify, and distribute any materials, content, illustrations, photos, videos, comments, or information submitted in connection with the Contest, including those bearing your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation.
These materials may appear in any form, style, color, or medium now known or later developed.
