What You’ll Need:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free baking mix)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (or softened coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 2-3 tbsp milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles of your choice
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except sprinkles in a bowl. Mix until dough forms, adding more milk if needed.
- Roll dough into balls, coat with sprinkles, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly and refrigerate while preheating the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden. Cool before serving.
These cookies can be stored at room temperature for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Swap the sprinkles for any holiday or celebration to make this recipe a year-round favorite!
